Wonderful experience! Family owned and operated. Comfortable vans driving up the mountain, beware the road is winding, my daughter was getting car sick, but she made it! They took good care of our bikes. Can not wait to go back and try the entire trail.
This is a family owned business! They were so helpful with questions before our trip and were even more helpful once we arrived. They load your bikes or those you rent from them and give you a ride to the top of the Virginia Creeper Trail. They suggested we stop for lunch and enjoy the ride down. Amazing trip, eould use this company again.
Wonderful experience! The bikes were very sturdy and in great condition. The staff was very friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. The price was very reasonable. And, of course, the Virginia Creeper Trail is beautiful from start to finish. Would highly recommend Shuttle Shack to anyone looking to bike the trail!
Good folks. Stopped by one day just looking, they gave my dog some water. Because of that when I was looking to rent a bike for the ride I went with them.
Great place to rent a bike for the Creeper Trail. Friendly and efficient service. We arrived early and were even able to get on an earlier shuttle than scheduled. Bikes were well maintained and worked well.
